SATURDAY, JULY 26

Sunrise – Practice range opens
7:00 AM – Registration tables open
7:45 AM – Archery courses open
9:00 am to 3:00 pm – Vendor area open
3:00 pm – Courses close (those still shooting can finish their round)
4:00 pm – Kifaru happy hour & scorecard deadline for competitive archers
5:00 pm – Poker shoot presented by Maven
6:00 pm – Milk jug shoot
Sunset – Ranges close & coon shoot

SUNDAY, JULY 27

Sunrise – Practice range opens
7:00 AM – Registration tables open and courses open to competitive archers
8:00 AM – Courses courses open for all archers
9:00 am to 1:00 pm – Vendor area open
1:00 pm – Courses close (those still shooting can finish their round)
1:30 pm – Scorecard deadline for competitive archers
3:00 pm – Award ceremony and general raffle
4:00 pm – All archers off of the course & teardown begins
